Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity provides emotional and practical support for families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. This is our 25th Anniversary year and to support the growth of the Fundraising & Marketing team we are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Manager.
This is an exciting time for a talented sales professional/corporate fundraiser to join Rainbow Trust and support our fundraising effort through generating significant income from the corporate sector. Achieving results through connecting with people, your persuasive sales ability will be recognised in our high-performing organisation. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will proactively manage all aspects of corporate relationships including charity of the year partnerships, corporate sponsorship and volunteering, gifts in kind and payroll giving.
A motivated team-builder, you will thrive working on multiple projects and achieving success by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. Educated to degree level (or equivalent portfolio of professional experience) you have a proven track record of driving forward new business and making winning approaches. Acting as the first point of contact for external commercial organisations, you will enjoy initiating new projects and nurturing existing partnerships to deliver against clearly defined targets.
You will have experience managing and coordinating the activities of others in a corporate fundraising or commercial environment and a reputation for developing healthy pipelines. Strong networking skills and a history of successful pitches to the corporate sector will be essential to a successful application. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will support your self-confident, engaging working style.
