Key Responsibilities:a.. Handle full set of Accounts
b.. Oversee and responsible for account department, report directly to directors
c.. Able to lead a team of accounts Staffs
d.. Assist with internal and external Audit, Tax, corporate Secretarial, GST filing, bankers,
IRAS and all other accounts matters
e.. Liaise with bankers, IRAS, auditors, company secretary
f.. Responsible for GST report quarterly filing.
g.. Renewal of Bank facilities – Banker Guarantee, Term loan facilities, etc
h.. Handling of foreign currencies exchanges
i.. Setting of internal control and policies
j.. Maintaining accounting system and handling upgrading tasks whenever applied
k.. Other ad-hoc accounts and financial support activities as required by management
Requirements:
a.. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
b.. Must be familiar with Accpac & experience in HR an advantage and minimum 3 yrs keeping full set accounts
c.. Having initiatives to take on tasks whenever deemed required.
d.. Bilingual in English and Mandarin
e.. Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply.
f. Must be able to start work Immediately.
