Summary
Our client the leading provider of integrated VAS solutions for mobile operators in emerging markets
Our client is working towards being the preferred Service provider for the High end base.
One of the key activities our client wants to undertake is the Risk & credit portfolio. Right credit policy makes a large impact on bottom-line of the business by striking a right balance between risk reduction and revenue opportunities.
This person will provide the leadership for defining and Operationalising the Strategy for Risk & Credit for their postpaid customer base
Primary Responsibilities
• Reduce credit losses
• Ensure compliance to credit monitoring policies by barring the qualifying accounts in timely manner.
• Reduce customer dissatisfaction by leveraging behavioral scorecards to accurately identify credit risk
• Use of statistics to reduce false-positive ratios and suggesting changes in credit policies by testing and adopting the use of more customer friendly modes of intervention
• Reduce cost of operations by leveraging on technology through switching to equally effective yet cheaper modes of contacting customers.
• Working with OpCo’s & enabling employee engagement, keeping employees interest and motivation level up by effective use of leadership tools and traits.
• Aligning people & processes of 16 OpCo’s and creating the processes.
This job is highly skilful and requires a lot of capabilities and understanding of risk dynamics with overall organizational interest in mind.
Would be responsible for the most key parameter related to Bad debts.
The role would be jointly responsible and accountable for the average ticket size of the written-off customers.
