Farm ManagerLocation: Thika
Our client, an upcoming Flower farm located in Thika is looking for an experienced reliable Farm Manager to supervise the growing of summer flowers.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate flower farming operations
• Overseeing and coordinating production process from planting to harvesting including pest control, weed management, field cultivation, compost and seed production, and harvest.
• Effective operation and maintenance of the spray and fertilization systems in the farm.
• Supervise other employees working on the farm
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have a diploma in agriculture
• Have basic irrigation experience including irrigation equipment like the water pumps
• Mature self driven and organized personality.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a flower farm
