Sales Coordinator Job Vacancy in Singapore

Responsibilities:
Receive sales orders and consolidate customers’ requirements.
Process and coordinate sales orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Preparation of quotations, order entry and monitoring.
Filing of invoices, documents etc.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of sales processing experience, preferably in trading industry.
GCE ‘O’/’A’ level or Diploma in any discipline
Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently.
Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and email.
Able to converse in Mandarin and Chinese dialects.
Team-player & able to work with deadlines.
Preference given to those who are able to start work immediately or on short notice.
