Forensicare is a statutory agency mandated to provide a range of specialist mental health and associated services to mentally ill offenders. Forensicare comprises Thomas Embling Hospital in Fairfield, which is a 116 bed inpatient purpose built hospital, a community based service, prison based services, court services and consultation and liaison with adult mental health services.
We currently have a 12 month fixed term position available for a Mental Health Education and Training Officer, toƒnmanage the planning and delivery of external professional development forums for Area Mental Health Services and other external agencies andƒncoordinate and deliver safe work practice¡¦s training at Community Forensic Mental Health Service.
