refugee living in Ghana at the Budumburam
Refugee Camp,we haven`t met before but I
really need your immense help that is why as I
got you contact I decided to write you
immediately . I have a consignments that
contains $18millionUSD which was taken to NEW
YORK on the 27th December 2010 by Diplomat
Moses Brooks. My foreign beneficiary who is
suppose to receive the consignments in USA
who happens to be my late father business
associates passed away same very last week of
the year 2010 when diplomat Moses arrive USA
so the consignment was not delivered rather
stuck in a storage unit in NEW YORK; Now I am

my foreign beneficiary to divert it so you receive
the consignments in your country and we can
have access to the code from the director of the
SAFEKEEPING BANK my late father deposited It
here in Ghana The consignment expenses has
been paid by my late foreign beneficiary but
