We are One Stop Centre(OSC) in property and financial consultancy company operating under the Registered Financial Consultancy (RFC) and Board of Real Estate License. We assist our client to restructure their financial and property portfolio and also to assist them to obtain loan facility in related to financing and refinancing of their property.
In line with our expansion, we invite dynamic, highly motivated, dedicated and results oriented candidates to join our team in the following position :
Sales, Marketing And Credit Personnel (Kedah – Sungai Petani)

Responsibilities :
• Be responsible to handling customer enquiry related to selling, buying and financing of property.
• Performing daily sales administrative and credit documentation related works.
• Maintain close rapport with customers, lawyers and bankers.

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level with at least 1 year working experience in banking and/or real property related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• Good selling and negotiation skills.
• Open to new ideas and willingness to learn.
• Team player with integrity.
• Computer literate.
