General Manager /Engineering (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities :
• Attend site meeting, liaise with subcontractors, clients, consultants.
• Prepares and periodically review a project budget in line with tender costing.
• Able to handle timely award of contracts, submission of claims, variations and final accounts.
• Review tender programs and prepare detail construction program once a project is assigned.
• Assertive with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage contractors, consultants and suppliers.
Requirements :
• Required Languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English And Chinese
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, self motivated and interpersonal skill
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office in Excel, Words, PowerPoint & Microsoft or Program.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in bore pile & foundation.
