Due to expansion into Vietnam, our client has a vacancy for a Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing (To be based in Vietnam)
The Job:
This position will provide leadership to the sales and marketing department and ensure the efficient functioning of sales, marketing, customer service, strategy planning and research activities while keeping sight of the department’s strategic goals. The incumbent will manage annual budgets, review various financial and statistical reports in determining the opportunities for business growth and accordingly drive plans to achieve sales targets. In addition, you will manage the recruitment, training and development needs of the team.
You will be involved in the conceptual development of all real estate projects and will need to work together with internal parties to align sales and marketing strategies with project progress, schedule and construction. You will have the ability to provide expert advice to management and the project development division of potential issues from market and customer perspectives.
A good negotiator with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels, you will be capable of effectively representing the Company’s interest in your interactions with various stakeholders such as business and government partners, the local community and other private agencies.
Requirements
• Real estate sales & marketing experience in Vietnam or relevant experience in South East Asian markets will be advantageous
• 8 – 10 years work experience of which 5 years of relevant exposure in sales & marketing are essential
• 5 years of managerial experience with credible real estate developers or international property consultants.
• Driven and committed individual with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Adaptable individual with ability to think out of the box
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English is essential
