Y3 has developed award-winning integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions, such as Intributor®, Intrabutor® and Retrogistics®. Together or individually, they are scalable end-to-end solutions, which manage the materials flow, distribution flow and customer return flows of the supply chain respectively. With our continous effort in new product development, we are now looking for suitable candidate to join our team of professionals.
Objective :
Responsible for the development and performance of sales and marketing activities in assigned markets and industries. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Responsibilities:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely reports and feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Work with pre-sales in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Relationships and Roles:
• Observe and follow all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Job Specifications:
• Min. 5 years of experience in sales management.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
• Experience with supply chain or enterprise software solutions will be an advantage.
• Experienced in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work with a regional team of professionals.
