The Senior Business Insight Analyst will lead the development of qualitative and quantitative insight about their business, their clients and their customers: translating those insights into business decisions to drive continuous improvement.
The role holder will lead research initiatives across various cross- functional teams, directly liaising and managing stakeholders and clients. They will communicate will all levels of the business to engage and understand objectives to deliver market leading, high value adding insights and research.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
• Manipulating large data sets and build predictive models using multivariate analysis techniques to drive operational decisions at various customer life cycle stages (acquisition, churn, cross sell, up sell, value).
• Present findings, implications, and recommendations to varied stakeholder audiences, across all levels both internally and to the Client Senior Management teams
• Drive continuous improvement to be a champion of the customer throughout the organisation
• Broad experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies and techniques
• Project management, including data analysis/ interpretation, survey design/implementation and report writing
• The ability to influence and challenge in a cross-functional environment at all levels
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
• A passion for understanding and investigating customer behaviours and how these could impact business performance
