Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS) is a semi autonomous agency of Government responsible for assessing and collecting tax revenue as well as border administration. BURS invites dynamic self motivated and qualified citizens of Botswana to apply for the following position:
INTERNAL AUDITOR
Main Purpose of the Job:
To carry out assignments in accordance with the Internal Audit Annual Operational Work Plan and the Internal Auditing Professional Standards and Ethics and identify weaknesses in the internal control system and make practical recommendations to Management.
Key Performance Areas:
1 Conducts audit in accordance with the Internal Audit Operational Work Plan.
2 Enhances efficiency as a result of implementation of Internal Audit recommendations.
3 Reviews status of implementation for the past audit recommendations^
Position Requirements:
Qualifications: A Business degree, AAT Final stage or equivalent.
At least two (2) years experience in Internal Audit environment, preferably in the Financial Sector.

Salary: BURS 06 (PI 37,604 – PI 84,908)
