Customer Finance Assistant Job Vacancy in Falkirk (Town)

Cash Converters Falkirk are looking to recruit an assistant to sell, promote and grow a brand new product we are launching.

This role will involve promoting, selling and administering our Personal Loan Products to customers that visit our store, promote the product out with the store, as well as an element of debt collection on overdue accounts.

In return we can offer a professional environment to work in, as well excellent career prospects. Starting Salary will be £13,000, and this can be exceeded as we have excellent commission structures in place.

Experience and skills required are:
* Must have previously operated in a customer facing role where service is paramount.
* Experience in a sales environment is essential
* Must have experienced a target driven role.
* Must have personal drive and excellent planning and organising skills
* Experience in a Collections Department is not essential but would be advantageous.
* Full training will be provided
