Assistant Warehouse Manager, Stores
Ref: HR/04/1
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise inventory movement and storage
• Coordinate stock taking and reconciliations
• Monitor inventory audit trail
• Implement warehouse safety and security programmes.
• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance in the warehouse.
• Plan and manage inventory locations for easy retrieval
• Manage and coordinate the reconciliation of bin card balances to confirm accuracy.
• Maintain and update records in the stores.
Qualifying Criteria
• Degree in Business related studies
• Professional qualification in stores and warehouse management, Purchasing and supplies management.
• KISM member
• 3 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Systems Administrator
Ref: HR/04/2
Reporting to the ICT Manager
Key responsibilities
• Procurement of ICT equipments and services.
• Continuous review of the Navision System to ensure users’ requirements are met
• Provide ICT-related support
• Formulate ICT policies and procedures
• Ensure that daily backup ¡s done.
• Continuous review and documentation of changes made on all ICT systems
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
• Monitor Internet connectivity.
Qualifying Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• 4 years relevant working experience
• Working knowledge of Linux, Windows & Storage System, mail servers, ERP (preferably Navision), Database, and firewall administration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
