Employment Office is growing, and therefore has an exciting opportunity for a Copywriter / Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Taringa (10 min west of CBD).
The main aim of this role is to facilitate EO’s recruitment advertising process, providing administrative support and sales support for the organisation.
Specific responsibilities will include:
• Writing position overviews and interview questions – that are marketed to the type of candidate the client is trying to attract – using information provided to you by EO Account Executives;
• Creating and coordinating advertising for positions vacant, in newspapers and on job boards;
• Scheduling advertising campaigns, ensuring all advertising is accounted for and is submitted by deadline;
• Liaising with EO Account Executives regarding status of recruitment campaigns and results of advertising; and
• Performing administrative / office duties, including answering the telephone and liaising with job seekers.
The three most important ingredients in order to succeed in this role are strong administrative skills, top notch writing skills and excellent attention to detail!
The successful candidate will join the ‘Recruitment Advertising’ team, currently made up of 3 full time staff. The team is fantastic (if we do say so ourselves!) – it is made up of one person who has been with the company for over three years and is currently working from our Melbourne office, another person who has been with the team for just under one year and is based in the Taringa office, and a third who joined the team a month ago, also in the Taringa office. The group is very welcoming and keen to bring another person on board.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary package, circa $33,000 – $45,000 (base plus incentives).
