Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Job duties include:
o Welcome customers and members at reception area,
o Manage sales of memberships and merchandise,
o Answer enquiries on yoga, promotions, memberships via email, phone calls and walk-ins,
o Assist members in registration and getting ready for their classes,
o In charge of cash register, daily closing, cash balance and deposit,
o Update members’ details and membership status, follow ups,
o Coordinate with suppliers, organize inventory counts monthly,
o File invoices, quotations and prepare payment vouchers.
o Assist Studio Manager and Director on any sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
o Min 2 years of experience in operation and customer services
o Appetites for sales and services, love to interact with people, superior communication skills
o Detail-oriented, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
o Positive attitude, a team player
o Computer literacy is a must, knowledge of basic accounting and Mandarin will be additional assets
o Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset
o Must be a Singaporean or Singapore PR
