Job Descriptions:
o Responsible in maintaining an accurate inventory levels
o Monitoring all inventory cycle counts and physical inventories
o Report shortages and overages to ensure continued operations
o Communicate with all departments on inventory levels and locations
o Develop and implement a control system to reduce damage, breakage and inventory obsolescence
o Propose and implement a root cause problem solving solution and correction plan to reduce inventory discrepancies and inaccuracy
o Develop and maintain accurate and consistent inventory reporting structure
Job Specifications:
o Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related discipline
o At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
o Positive work attitude and meticulous
o Good communication and interpersonal skill
o Knowledge in ERP and WMS an added advantage
