Analyst, Logistics
Working within a team environment the successful candidate will be responsible for managing oil movements on one of Pembina’s major pipeline systems. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to manage the entire pipeline logistics process on their system and have the ability to influence day to day and future operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Overseeing the pipeline nomination process while reviewing for accuracy, reasonability, and pipeline capacity;
* Monitoring shipper receipts and deliveries versus nominations;
* Communicating with refiners, shippers, and other pipelines to ensure proper allocation of deliveries;
* Balancing and reviewing shipper positions and product transfers;
* Reviewing monthly tariff and equalization invoices;
* Monitoring petroleum qualities at receipt and delivery points as well as pipeline integrity points;
* Volumetric forecasting & producer feedback;
* Providing volumetric analysis reports to management including variance analysis and its impact on revenue;
* Observing and reporting trends and pipeline developments on Pembina’s systems;
* Monthly reporting on an internal and external basis; and
* Contract review & administration.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years industry experience with a BComm. or similar degree, (combination of a business diploma and related experience will also be considered);
* Strong knowledge of crude oil and NGL grades in the Western Sedimentary Basin;
* High degree of proficiency and confidence with software applications especially in MS Excel, Word, and
Access;
* An energetic team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work productively within a team environment while independently driving personal results; and
* Proven ability to multitask and balance deadline driven workloads.
